This page explains what Dela Groove receives through this site, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Forms and The List
Contact, demo and sync forms collect the details you submit so we can respond. The List uses double opt-in: we store your email and send a confirmation link; you are not subscribed until you click it. The confirmation link expires after 48 hours.
Optional measurement
Analytics and Meta technologies are optional and are loaded only after you allow the relevant category. Sentry may receive technical error data to help us keep the site reliable.
Service providers
The site uses Supabase for data storage, Resend for transactional email, and reCAPTCHA for submission protection. These providers process information only as needed for the service they provide.
Cookies and storage
Essential cookies and browser storage support language routing, security, consent choices and site operation. Optional measurement may use additional storage after consent. External links and media embeds have their own policies.
Retention and choices
We retain submissions and newsletter records for operational, legal and anti-abuse needs, and remove them when they are no longer needed. You can change consent from Privacy choices in the footer. Unsubscribe links remain available after subscription.
